Orders can be returned for any reason within 7 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.
Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & put your name and order number in so we know who its coming from. Please email us to request returns address.

We ship worldwide. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed & Tracked. Please note all stated shipping times are approximate. Tracking information is provided & emailed once dispatched. Once the item is dispatched & the tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for re-arranging any missed deliveries via Royal Mail.
